PRCS is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Community Centers Division based in Ashburn, VA. Reporting to the Pre-School Coordinator, top priorities for this position will include:
Maintain licensing records for program staff and participants; maintain confidentiality of personal, medical, financial and other information; and provide document compliance per department and state licensing guidelines.
Respond to inquiries regarding all aspects of the center and its programs and facilities; provide administrative support to staff; assist in developing promotional materials; maintain division records; act as Information Security Officer; review timesheets for accuracy; and provide other duties as assigned.
Successful candidates will:
Work a 7.5 hour work day, between 7:00am-6:00pm, Monday-Friday; including occasional night or weekend events.
Strive to exceed expectations, foster relationships with positive and effective communication, demonstrate competency working with innovative and evolving technology and equipment.

Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a high school diploma
Two years of job related experience
Familiarity with WebTrac/RecTrac or other registration software
Experience with Laserfiche software
Experience with Microsoft Office suite

Have and maintain a valid driver’s license
DMV check required annually
