Established over 20 years ago, Washington Equity, an active bridge/private money lender, is looking for a qualified candidate to join our team. Individual will work closely with brokers, investors, bringing in leads and referrals.

Account Executive/Sales Specialist will:

  • Work to bring in a high volume of leads, and convert investors and known short-term mortgage borrowers into Washington Equity Clients.
  • Organize, and keep track of the status of every leads, notes for every call, and keep track of your pipeline.

Important Skills:

  • Must be good on the phone.
  • People skills and being social a big plus.
  • Team player

The amount you get paid is directly tied to the amount of effort you put in and work/calls you make.

Training will be provided, and it's also a great learning environment as you will be shown the process of contract to close, how we underwrite deals (if you'd like), and much more.
