Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our online presence, driving organic growth, and enhancing our brand visibility across digital platforms. You will play a key role in developing and executing our digital marketing strategy, including social media management, search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, and other online marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase online presence and drive organic traffic.
- Manage and grow our social media channels, creating engaging content that aligns with our brand voice.
- Optimize website content and structure to improve SEO rankings and drive organic search traffic.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality digital content, including blog posts, videos, and infographics.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, ensuring our strategies remain competitive.
- Manage online advertising campaigns, including PPC and display advertising, to maximize ROI.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, SEO, and content marketing.
- Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with graphic design or video editing tools is a plus.
