Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in a partner or channel manager role.
Experience with public cloud solutions across Software-as-a-Service, Platform-as-a-Service and Infrastructure-as-a-Service markets.
Experience with partner ecosystems, agile partners, mid-tier integrators and global system integrators.
Experience with cloud computing.
Experience collaborating with cloud partners.
Experience in consultation delivery with enterprise software engagements.
Experience working with partner ecosystem, including GSIs, Regional SIs, ISVs, MSPs, and traditional resellers.
Excellent partner/channel pipeline development and management skills, with proven ability to deliver Go-to-Market strategies.

Google Cloud teams work with schools, companies, and government agencies to make them more productive, mobile, and collaborative. On this team, you will drive Google Cloud business relationships by analyzing partner business performance, identifying methods of increasing partner and Google returns, pitching ideas to and identifying opportunities within partners, and coordinating across Google teams to deliver.
As a Partner Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for leading all partner sales activities in the region. You'll primarily focus on growing the practices of partners who specialize in Google Cloud businesses, including Google Cloud Platform, Machine Learning, Maps, and G Suite.
You'll create and maintain a sales strategy within the region to align external partners with our sales strategy in an effort to increase sales and drive value. You'll create and manage executive relationships with existing and new partners, develop close relationships with our business team, and offer strategic advice, thought leadership, and day-to-day management in order to grow the book of business of an assigned sales territory.

Possess an in-depth knowledge of Google Cloud’s partner ecosystem and keep sales teams and leadership informed of the solutions and skills across our partners.
Define customer-centric and industry-specific use cases for Google to target via service partners, and build an ecosystem of service partners for regional sales strategy.
Shape Google’s approach to partnership strategy with stakeholders in Partner Programs, Product Management, Engineering, Business, and Marketing. Support regional engagements with strategic global and regional partners.
Align with the regional sales territories and act as a guide to identify the right partner and right fit for all sales engagements.
Ensure that the sales region attains goals by aligning, managing and holding partners accountable in sales engagements. Manage partners success and increase GCP use in partner-led customer engagements.
