Compensation:

$110,000 + Part-time commission

$220,000+ Full-time commission

Responsibilities:

  • Help clients with Leasing/Sale transactions
  • Help clients determine the value of property they want to sell
  • Act as an intermediary between your seller and potential buyer
  • Negotiate pricing and facilitate the closing process on behalf of CRUM clients
  • Correspond with clients around the clock in a fast-paced atmosphere

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to pass the NYS Salesperson exam within 3 months
  • Sales experience a plus but not mandatory
  • Bilingual, a plus but not mandatory
  • Some College Credits are preferred
  • Proven team player and natural self-starter
  • Tech Savvy and can use Gmail, Google Docs and Google Drive
  • Passionate about building relationships and helping people with the biggest decisions in their lives
