Duties: Specifically, the Waitstaff must:
- Advise supervisor of any complaints so they can be rectified immediately.
- Always wear appropriate uniform as prescribed by policy and maintain personal cleanliness.
- Attend pre-meal meetings as requested by the Food and Beverage Service Manager or Food and Beverage Manager.
- Be able to bend, stoop, climb, and stand for up to 5 hours without sitting.
- Ensure that all newly seated patrons receive immediate attention and that their orders are taken promptly and courteously. Ensure that patrons are not ignored at any time throughout their dining experience.
- Ensure that workstations are properly refilled at the end of every shift.
- Greet all arriving patrons at assigned station in a pleasant manner, making them feel welcome and at ease.
- Maintain responsibility for all checks issued and any walkouts.
- Participate in the continuous cleaning and upkeep of the food and beverage facilities.
- Serve only food and beverage items that meet strict specifications and standards.
- Turn in signed tip declaration form weekly.
- Verify the accuracy of prices, State and Federal taxes, tips and other charges on all checks.
