Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the loading and unloading of materials, products, and equipment.
- Perform general labor tasks such as packing, sorting, and labeling products.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sweeping and disposing of waste.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in the assembly and preparation of products for shipment.
- Monitor and report any damaged products or equipment to supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or managers.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift-up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and measurements.
