The Vice President-Greenfield Health System (VP) is responsible for the total operation of the Dialysis division for wholly owned, partnership, joint venture, and management contract programs. The VP will lead the execution of key strategic initiatives to support the division’s long-term business objectives, financial success and growth initiatives. Ensures effective and efficient management to provide quality health care, optimal customer satisfaction, employee engagement and favorable business results. The VP will work to maintain effective and responsive relationships with physicians and key executive leaders both internal and external to the organization to support integration, alignment and to ensure a successful future in a changing healthcare environment.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for program, policy and organizational structure formulation and presents to the President/CEO of Community Care Services and the governing body the implications of proposed programs, policies, organizational structures and industry trends.
Ensures processes are in place to deliver cost efficient, high quality, and customer focused clinical care to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and accreditation standards in accordance with federally mandated guidelines.
Maintains financial viability for clinical operations through growth, cost management, and billing practices. Develops a strategic plan for future growth, partnerships and other offered services.
Oversees capital planning, allocation and business plans to produce return on investment. Manage finances including budgeting, control of salary, non-salary and capital investment expenses.
Ensures that financial and operational goals and targets are achieved for Greenfield Health Systems’ clinical and non-clinical operations in alignment with HFHS.
Provides for human resource development through training, performance management and succession planning in collaboration with Human Resources. Ensures staff training and competency in all clinical positions. Ensures adherence to AAMI guidelines.
Leads development of new business opportunities.

Master’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or related field.
Ten (10) years management experience in healthcare with at least five (5) years in a senior role.
Minimum of seven (7) years of leadership progressive responsibility in dialysis facility operational management.
Demonstrates a strong track record of developing and maintaining collaborative relationships between diverse groups, including Board members, partners, medical staff and key internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively with the senior leadership team throughout HFHS.
Excellent communicator with strong analytical, interpersonal, written and verbal communication to represent Greenfield Health Systems and HFHS effectively.
Excellent planning, problem solving and time management skills.
Working knowledge of financial, information systems, clinical and billing processes.
Normal office environment with minimal exposure to noise, dust, or extreme temperatures.
