PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZER

Part-time

Amy Suddleson is professional organizer seeking a personal assistant who can work from Amy's home office in Brentwood, CA a few days a week, on a consistent basis. She is seeking someone who can help her with her very fast-growing business, as well as home & personal tasks, outlined below.

WORK TASKS:

-Managing/coordinating client calendars & timelines with booking software

-Assist on organizing client consultations & off-site jobs

-Filing & creating client files

-Coding/labeling client receipts

-Placing product orders, picking up, doing returns, and dropping off to clients

-Labeling with P-Touch label maker and Cricut machine

-Assisting with social media management & scheduling photoshoots for Instagram posts

-Rolling calls & emails while Amy is out in the field

-Replying to calls & emails in Amy’s absence

-Creating project lists

-Writing & sending thank you notes after completion of jobs

-Light graphic design and photo editing to make changes to business logo, website, photos, etc.

-Troubleshooting technical issues

-Researching vendors, software programs, etc. to streamline business

PERSONAL TASKS:

-Picking up/dropping off her two daughters to school, activities, etc.

-Walking her dog

-Babysitting

-Cleaning dishes

-Preparing simple meals

-Listing items for sale on Craigslist, OfferUp & Ebay

-Labeling home items & clothes

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

-Great with computers & technology, specifically Apple products

-Very detail oriented

-Great with verbal direction & multitasking

-A happy & upbeat attitude

-Photoshop & graphic design skills

-Proficiency with social media platforms, especially Instagram

-Proficiency with Outlook calendar & email, iPhone, Mac/Apple programs

-Must own a car, laptop, and have a clean driving record

-Have good or impeccable handwriting

-Have a college degree or be a current college student, with minimum 3.0 GPA

-Must sign NDA & non-compete agreements upon hiring

-Would prefer someone who lives on the west side of LA

COMMITMENT:

-Starting commitment is ~ 2 days/week @ 5 hrs/day & specific hours TBD, but position can definitely grow

-Based in Brentwood, CA

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $19.00 to $21.00 /hour
