Calling all experienced Engineers candidates looking to make a move! ZIO is looking for a Lighting Control Programmer.

Are you fascinated with working on Lutron control systems?
Do you understand the needs of a project as well as resolve any technical issues?
Are you a Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) looking for a new challenge?
Can you think on your feet when things are not working as expected?
If you answered Yes to these questions and you are looking for opportunities to join a growing company, ZIO is what you are looking for.

Sophisticated Technology – Simplified! This describes ZIO and the building technologies we deliver. To accomplish this, we all work as a team and everyone is dedicated to quality of the highest level. Every project must be better than the one before and “Good Enough” doesn’t exist. We haven’t won all our awards by allowing mediocrity. However, ZIO recognizes that with this intensity there must also be a balance. We ask that everyone focus on a healthy Life-Work balance; that is, they should put their life before their work.

We’re looking for a Lighting Control Programmer to ensure that ZIO’s lighting control projects are properly programmed to meet the quality standards set by ZIO. You must work closely with the lighting projects team to make sure that installation runs smoothly, and everything will work as you have programmed once complete. Coordination with the client is also critical to limit the interruptions to their schedule and spaces. Once the project is substantially complete, you will be responsible for managing training, closeout punch list items and final turnover and record documentation internally and to the client. You will be the first point of contact for diagnosing and resolving any service issues.

Essential Functions and Skills:
Startup/Programming which involves site visits at critical phases, database review, device activation, load verification, scene, schedule and other functionality customizations, button labeling/engraving.
Training/Closeout which involves educating the users of the system on access, operations, maintenance and documenting field changes.
Service and Support which involves remote and on-site troubleshooting, server maintenance and software upgrades.
Troubleshoot and repair of Lutron commercial lighting control system installations.
Assist with procurement and installation logistics.
