AdventHealth Medical Group Neuropsychology Full Time Opportunity for a Pediatric Clinical Neuropsychologist
AdventHealth Neuropsychology in Orlando is seeking a pediatric neuropsychologist to provide comprehensive psychological services to our diverse patient population.
The ideal candidate would have experience in assessment and treatment of cognitive, academic, and behavioral problems among children and adolescents with a variety of neurodevelopmental, medical, and neurological conditions.
Our practice is comprised of 2 full-time neuropsychologists, a full time clinical-health psychologist, rotating postdoctoral fellows, 1 psychometrist, and graduate students.
The neuropsychology team is part of the AdventHealth Neuroscience program and works closely with multiple multidisciplinary medical teams including neurosurgery, pediatric hematology-oncology, pediatric transplant, pediatric cardiology, multidisciplinary epilepsy surgery program, and other flagship medical programs to provide services to patients with a wide range of conditions.
The neuropsychology program is affiliated with the University of Central Florida, one of the nation’s largest universities, and includes a Ph.D. program in clinical psychology and a new medical school.
The neuropsychology program is also affiliated with the Florida Institute of Technology, one of Florida’s private universities, and includes a Psy.D. program in clinical psychology.
Typical referrals include assessment of cognitive and behavioral comorbidities associated with medical conditions such as epilepsy, congenital heart disease, hematology/oncology conditions, and a wide range of diagnoses.
Community referrals may also include common developmental concerns including ADHD, learning disability, developmental delays, and neuro-behavioral disorders.
Experience with children all ages (including toddlers) is required. For those with lifespan experience and interest, continued follow-up of pediatric patients into adulthood commonly occurs within our practice.

The successful candidate will join a growing network of neuropsychologists and psychologists at AdventHealth and will work within a broader multidisciplinary setting.
Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM with some flexibility
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from an accredited (APA or CPA) university
Clear Valid Florida license or license-eligible in Florida
Completed a post-doctoral residency eligible for board certification through the American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP)
