General Summary: Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, transports patients via wheelchair, stretcher, bed or alternative means. This includes disconnecting and re-connecting patients’ from I.V. pumps, telemetry equipment and oxygen. Delivers patient equipment to nursing floors as needed.
Location: Elmhurst campus
Hours: Full time, days/evenings.
Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- Current CPR certification either by American Heart Association or Red Cross
Preferred:
- Three to six months of previous customer service or patient transport experience
