Grillaholics, a DSquared International LLC brand, is a family owned ecommerce company based in the St. Louis area. Because of our passion for BBQ, we created the company to make grilling easier so customers can fire up their grill any day of the week.

We are looking for a qualified Marketing Associate to join our team. As a Marketing Associate for Grillaholics, you will work with the CEO to create advertising, social media, and content marketing strategies to blow up sales on Amazon, the Grillaholics website, and other online marketplace channels. This person should be prepared to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment where self-initiative and an entrepreneurial spirit is both encouraged and expected. This role will provide you with experience in various aspects of marketing and ecommerce.

THE TASK AT HAND
Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
Creating and monitoring PPC campaigns on Amazon, Amazon Marketing Services, Google, and Facebook
Keyword research, SEO, and promotions to increase keyword rankings on Amazon and on Google
Amazon listing optimization to improve conversion rates
Creating, implementing, and measuring Facebook, Instagram, Google, and Pinterest campaigns to drive sales and generate leads
Developing and executing strategy to increase customer lifetime value and repeat buyers
Building systems and processes to launch new products on Amazon
Developing email marketing campaigns designed to interact with subscribers, create brand awareness, and sell products.
Creating content marketing strategies designed to grow our social media following and increase traffic to our blog and website
Brainstorming and collaborating to create new products (and eventually new brands)
Any other tasks deemed necessary by the growth of the company
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
2-5 years experience in a digital marketing, ecommerce, or consumer behavior role
Strong communication and writing skills with attention to detail and ability to write concisely with a strong voice
Strong technological savvy – 99% of what we do involves the computer. It’s okay if you’ve never created a video, website, or blog before, but if you’re intimidated by the idea of having to learn how, this isn’t for you
Experience running Amazon, Facebook, and/or Google Ads
Photoshop experience is a plus, but not required
The ability to work and thrive in a remote work environment
An appetite to eat challenges for breakfast and see opportunities and solutions in the face of those challenges
An ability to carry out a concept from start to finish solo and as a part of a team
A hunger to learn all things social, web, and internet marketing and take the risk to try something new without fear of “failing”
A smile and a sparkling personality that will mesh well with the Grillaholics family
