Floor Managers needed for a very busy Downtown Jersey City Bar & Restaurant. These are Assistant to the General Manager positions and involve running the operation during business hours and closing out. Saturday and Sunday day shifts, Monday and Tuesday evenings.
Qualified candidates must have previous 1-2 years experience on the floor experience, and a history of success managing the floor and staff of a high-volume facility. You must be willing and able to work weekends. We are looking for positive, reliable, & personable individuals who love the hospitality business. We need take-charge people who can run the floor, the servers, the bars, security and all aspects of a busy bar restaurant including close out procedures.
