Inside Sales Manager

*Answer incoming calls from travel agents and assist them.
*Conduct daily phone calls to assigned accounts.
*Seek opportunities during your phone calls with each agency to generate more revenue and drive business.
*Ensure that allsalesstrategies and marketing campaigns are being communicated to all accounts.
*Prepare and present quick over the phone presentations to selected accountsinan effort to keep agents engagedinour product.
*Establish relationships with accounts by maintaining a monthly outreach strategy.
*InsideSalesMangers will function as a support for travel agent's customer service issues.
*Develop and maintain a relationship with all accountsinan effort to seek out and create growth opportunities.
*Support BDMinthe assigned territory with any special events and/or Tradeshows.
*Evaluate monthly reporting to ensure accounts are on pace for growth.
*Track BDM performance and activities via CRM systemina daily basis
*Run weekly reports of BDMsalesactivities from CRM
*Participateinmonthly conference calls or meetings with ourInsideSalesteam.
*Fluent in English and Spanish

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $28,000.00 to $30,000.00 /year
