- Minimum of 5 years of successful general management experience atop a relevant track record in executive level sales leadership.
- Demonstrated P&L responsibility for a firm with at least $50 million in revenue.
- Specific experience in the white goods / domestic appliance industries is highly desired.
- Strategic/business planning ability.
- International and intercultural work experience, with NAFTA-wide management expertise highly advantageous.
- Advanced degree beneficial.
Foreign language skills highly desired, but not required.
