Safety Compliance Specialist
Pete Lien & Sons is seeking a Safety Compliance Specialist to join our team in Rapid City, SD. The position reports to the Executive Technical Director of Environmental and Safety Affairs.
This position is responsible for developing, implementing, training on, and evaluating safety programs for the company. This role will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations. Keeping yourself up to date with regulatory changes is imperative.
Responsibilities include site audits, preparing and submitting compliance documents, coordinating standardized plan updates, preparing reports, coordinating, tracking, analyzing, and distributing performance data with corporate and plant level improvement recommendations.
Previous safety experience required. Starting wages are determined based on experience and qualifications. The position will require some travel.
