Vectrona, LLC requires a full-time analytical statistician to enable training and exercise assessment for the U.S. Army at Fort Belvoir. Optimal candidate must be highly qualified in statistical analysis and experienced in special operations training and training support. Individual will validate performance measurement and effectiveness across the spectrum of training and exercises in supported unit.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyze training and exercise efforts while considering equipment or materials capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results
Prepare detailed specifications from which programs will be written; Maintain responsibility for program design, testing, and documentation
Apply expertise in multiple complex work assignments simultaneously
Work hand-in-hand with unit leadership and training/exercise developers to establish measures of merit
Coordinate with training specialists to align metrics with training objectives
Develop and staff detailed data collection plans
Provide analytical support to sensitive training and exercise events
Quantitatively and Qualitatively assess student performance in training and exercises
Analyze student activities and provide recommendations for unit leadership for improvement

Top Secret Clearance, SCI eligible
PhD from Accredited Institution
Minimum 2 years’ experience working within Special Operations, CIA, DIA, or similar US government Agency
Experience providing analysis of military training and exercises
Limited short duration CONUS and OCONUS travel may be required.
