Eyelash Specialist
Overview:
Join our team as an Eyelash Specialist at our upscale salon in a prime location. We are seeking a skilled individual with a passion for beauty and exceptional customer service to enhance our clients' natural beauty through eyelash services.
Responsibilities:
- Perform professional eyelash extension or brow shaping services tailored to each client's preferences, facial structure and needs.
- Conduct consultations to determine the most suitable treatment per client.
- Apply eyelash extensions with precision and attention to detail.
- Provide eyebrow shaping with precision and attention to detail per face shape.
- Provide aftercare instructions to clients for maintaining eyelash extensions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to sanitation standards.
- Uphold excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless salon experience for clients.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in eyelash services.
Experience:
- Previous experience as an Eyelash Specialist or Eyebrow Specialist.
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience in retail sales or upselling beauty products is beneficial.
- Ability to maintain a sanitary work environment following industry standards.
