As a Marketing Lead within PNC’s Retail Marketing organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. You will be part of a dynamic team which develops multi-channel strategic marketing plans to support PNC’s aggressive customer acquisition goals. This role primarily focuses on the PNC WorkPlace Banking program while addressing the overall acquisition objectives of the Retail organization.
This Marketing Lead will be responsible for partnering with product, sales and line of business teams to understand their goals, then translate those goals into an integrated marketing plan. The ability to build partnerships is critical as this person will also work regularly with digital media, marketing centers of excellence, social media, legal, and compliance teams to develop a plan and execute against our multi-channel strategy. This candidate will have a combined experience in financial services and marketing with a proven track record of leveraging data and customer insight to drive decisions. Understanding customer needs, how to build a plan that addresses each piece of the sales funnel, proactively executing and delivering measurable results is required.
Candidates should demonstrate the ability to lead cross functional team discussions, manage complex projects and deliver results on time and within budget. Experience with the agile project management approach is a plus.
This Marketing Lead will report to the PNC WorkPlace Banking Marketing Manager and be part of a team of eight marketing professionals.
Develops and executes integrated, multi-channel marketing plans for one or more customer segments/businesses.
Translates desired business outcomes into strategy and executes marketing programs and activities that may include advertising. sales content and internal communications. Directs and leads multi-functional program teams.
Acts as a point of contact with agencies, third parties or internal business partners to coordinate development and execute on their behalf. Making decisions and ensuring goals are being met.
Administers activities including coordination with legal, compliance, invoicing, budget management and process workflows.
Connects customer analytics and insights to inform and influence improvements program strategy.

Required Education and Experience
