The Player Experiences and Platforms (PEP) team is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Business Administrator. This role will support a partner level leader and team support for a 100 + person team. As Gaming grows and evolves, the team is changing along with it, which is why we are seeking a Business Administrator to help us through a time of exciting evolution.
The successful candidate will have proficient communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. They will be able to manage ambiguity, maintain professional and positive interactions with others and be able to establish professional relationships and credibility with all internal and external contacts.

You will provide calendar and time planning support for your manager and may manage community space calendars. You’ll also begin to develop trusted relationships with stakeholders across multiple organization

You will schedule meetings/events and manage travel, calendar, and administration work for your manager.

You will participate in on-boarding and act as an essential contact for questions.

You will support the planning and coordination of events, as well as help determine other event needs. You’ll also carry out various projects and tasks with little to no supervision.

You will oversee inventory management and participate in discretionary budget tracking and reporting. You’ll also gain a deeper understanding of the team’s rhythm of business (ROB).

You will maintain up-to-date space-management processes and team spaces, using data to recommend changes and identify future requirements. You’ll also provide travel arrangements and may create itineraries for daily activities.
Required/Minimum Qualifications

2+ years Administrative, Business Support, and/or customer service experience.

1+ years of experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
-
3+ years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and basic administration work.

Associate's/Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources [HR], Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology)

OR equivalent experience.

1+ year(s) experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (e.g., for events, morale, travel, training).
Business Support ATR-C - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $22.79 - $39.66 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $33.03 - $45.91 per hour.
