Job Description Summary
The Vice President of Solutions is responsible for the creation and maintenance of the catalog of services and solutions offered by C&W Services as well as for solution design as part of engagements with clients and prospects.
Additionally, the role is responsible for identifying, centralizing, and validating all service and solution innovation in order to deliver consistent value enhancement both to clients and to the organization. Through the Solutions Architecture team and the Solutions Management & Innovation team the VP of Solutions will ensure a continuous loop process for cataloging, enhancing and delivering consistent value-centric solutions. This will require a strong focus on process development and iterative improvement.
The role will be ultimately responsible for the strategic and tactical approach of both teams. Key results will focus on delivering value through configuration of new/existing solutions while leveraging custom offerings only when essential. In parallel, there will be a strong focus on driving solution innovation aimed at increasing client value and decreasing operational cost.

Responsibilities

Lead the C&W Services Solutions teams comprised of Solutions Management & Innovation and Solutions Architecture

Responsible for all strategic plans and initiatives aimed at delivering key goals and KPIs

Responsible for driving talent acquisition and employee experience in order to build a highly engaged strong and nimble team

Work with team Directors to ensure processes are well defined, playbooks are in place and teams follow an iterative playbook approach

Work closely with leaders within Business Development, Marketing, Pricing & Risk, Technology, Proposals and Operations to ensure efficiency and continual value delivery throughout the prospect/client journey

Identify, negotiate and onboard potential solution partnerships to fill gaps within CWS’s offerings working with the Technology organization to ensure alignment

Responsible for identifying though leaders both internal to the Solutions team as well as within C&W Services and Cushman & Wakefield in order to ensure the highest value inputs into the solution definition and solution design process

Responsible for the creation and ownership of an innovation program – ensuring that ideas/examples can be captured from all areas within CWS in order to build out company-wide innovations

Interact directly with high value prospects and clients to ensure the delivery of thought leadership, innovation and overall value through our approach to services and solutions

Responsible for defining team metrics with a focus on CPI/KPI scorecards – highly focused on accountability and delivery
Background & Experience

Minimum of 10 years of experience in solution design or similar

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $222,785.00 - $262,100.00
