An expanding Third Party Administrator is seeking a motivated, hardworking and highly organized professional with extensive experience in healthcare benefits and/or pension administration, and administrative procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Candidate would be responsible for:
assisting the Plan Manager in the administration of various employee benefit plans
maintaining and preparing materials for meetings, including minute writing
reviewing and process all correspondence, and invoices
ensuring that client-specific procedures are routinely practiced and enforced
assisting in obtaining the data necessary for benefit studies, annual audits and timely submission of required government filings
most importantly, exercising discretion in all matters relating to administration of the benefit plans and management of internal relationships
reviewing and analysis of monthly financial statements
interpreting plan documents, summary plan descriptions, and other governing documents
interacting with trustees, plan professionals, contributing employers and participants
EEO and ADA.
Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, with excellent communication, problem solving, organizational and grammar skills. College education preferred and experience with Taft-Hartley plans a plus.
