Technician Apprentice Program Overview
Develop the skills to become and thrive as a main shop technician while working with a Stellantis level 3 trained technician.
Goal Year 1: Hands-on experience with Certified Technician. Achieve 2 ASE or 2 state certifications along with level 2 Stellantis training.
Goal Year 2: In addition to Year 1, begin to diagnose and repair vehicles independently. Also attain remaining ASE or State certifications and begin working on Stellantis level 3 training.

- Self motivated, drive, team player
- Ability to learn and follow service process
- Ability to learn and utilize diagnostic tools and special equipment
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Possess some automotive background / knowledge
