TES - Grants Assistant - P-T - Mon-Fri - 21 Hours per week
Under the supervision of the ORSP Directors, the employee will perform the following duties:
Assist the Executive Director with compliance related issues.
Assist the Associate Director in the preparation of grant proposal submissions and the tracking and execution of contracts.
Prepare correspondence and other documents designed in support of grant proposals.
Assist the Grant Financial Analyst as needed with Post Award.
Attend trainings and workshops as directed.
Update and maintain active database.
All other duties as assigned
2 or 4 year degree in business or another appropriate field.
At least two (2) years administrative and/or customer service experience.
Proactive, creative thinker with problem-solving skills.
Strong oral/written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with numbers, especially financial information and budgets.
Computer proficiency, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to learn various computer platforms; experience with databases a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work and communicate effectively and respectfully with personnel at all levels.
Work well with a team or independently.
Perform well in a deadline-driven environment.
