Typically requires 15+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or 12+ years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 8+ years experience; or equivalent experience
Act as a trusted advisor throughout the lifecycle of the program – from pursuit, through delivery, and into steady state. This function is not integrated within Delivery and maintains an ‘outside in’ perspective on how they can best support the program and help enable success.
Plans, directs, and coordinates the Quality Assurance Review activities required for pursuit, delivery, and operational management of complex, xSAB solutions including services to ensure solution is able to be delivered to meet the quality expectations of the client, and also meet the financial obligations of the contract for Dell.
Builds in-depth knowledge of clients' priorities, challenges and initiatives and becomes a trusted advisor to the delivery team, and can intermediate between the clients and delivery team.
Helps coordinate efforts with sales, xSAB teams, and Global Services SMEs to enable opportunities to meet customer expectations in design, delivery, and operational management.
Maintains awareness of all pursuit / delivery matters, sharing with appropriate pursuit / delivery leaders to aid in management of the customer during delivery.
Oversees and assesses implementation of the Unified Delivery Excellence program on complex deals
