Education (Required)-
Associates degree or some college required, Bachelors Degree in related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education;

Paralegal Certification required
Skills (Required)-
Specific Systems - Must have excellent PC skills including knowledge of MS Word, Excel

Knowledge of Clearwell eDiscovery software or equivalent preferred

Special Skills Needed - Must have ability to organize, prioritize and schedule work effectively; must have good judgment and decision-making skills; must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality in the work performed

Must have strong ability to interact with junior and senior level corporate personnel, vendors, and outside counsel

Must be able to handle multiple tasks and have the ability to work well under time constraints, in a fast-paced environment

Must be able to work independently and as part of a team, be highly motivated, show initiative and be a “self-starter”

Must be able to communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of personnel, vendors, customers, and outside counsel in person, telephonically and by email

Must have working experience in effective written communication, including drafting correspondence relating to litigation matters, as well as general business and legal affairs

Must be able to pay close attention to detail and understand written and oral instructions
Experience (Required)-
Experience Level & Type: 0-3 years of experience as a Paralegal
The anticipated salary range for this position is $53,600 – $80,400 depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to Associates (and their families) such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 236 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 80 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.
