As a Starbucks product manager you will . . .
Play an important role in integrating the sustainability initiatives for the Customer, Marketing & Product organization (CMP) into a multi-year road map. You will work across a matrixed organization to track progress and collaborate cross functionally to solve problems. You will leverage customer, competitive, environmental, and business insights to support sustainability strategy development and alignment. You are an ideal candidate if you thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
Leveraging your previous experience, we will enable you to:
Work cross functionally to consolidate and coordinate key sustainability initiatives across Beverage, Food, Equipment, Packaging, and Marketing, tracking milestones, metrics, and budgets
Leverage insights to develop sustainability strategies and customer positioning
Support project intakes, leadership alignment and prioritization for sustainability initiatives
Monitor the marketplace and report out on new sustainability innovations, competitors, trends and emerging technologies.
We’d love to hear from people with:
Experience managing project teams and timelines. Highly collaborative approach and strong leadership of cross-functional partners required.
Keen critical thinking and analytical skills. Ability to simplify and structure complex and ambiguous problems, leading teams to arrive at creative solutions.
Experience merging trends and other primary and secondary forms of research with fact-based business insights to arrive at sound strategic recommendations. Has used data to tell a logical story.
Experience developing and delivering presentations to executive level audiences
