Bank Mobile is seeking a Business Intelligence Associate Analyst. This is an entry level position.

Business Intelligence (BI) Associate Analysts, analyze, create specifications, build, test, and implement analytical reports (SQL) to meet Bank Mobile’s reporting needs. This position will report to the Senior Vice President of Business Intelligence and will work closely with every Bank Mobile department.

The Business Intelligence Associate Analyst, in their ongoing effort to provide actionable insight to help decision makers, will create original analyses, conduct research, perform data mining, and will utilize the BI application to create information rich solutions by accessing information from the Data Warehouse and other sources.


Able to design, build, maintain & deploy complex reports
Merge, modify and edit data files as needed for analysis.
Complete ad hoc analytical requests within agreed upon time.
Work with business owners to understand information needs,
Maintain effective working relationships with business departments
Assist with multiple projects and adjust to rapidly changing priorities. Focus on, and be able to balance project timeliness, while maintaining overall quality across multiple projects and consultations.


Required Qualifications:
Basic understanding of relational databases, SQL and querying techniques.
Experience translating business questions / requirements into meaningful reports.
Ability to construct reusable reports based on common reporting requests using available tools.
Deep curiosity, intellectual agility and desire to solve challenging problems through research, user studies, data mining and analysis.
Experience with a broad set of statistical analysis, ad hoc and formal research methods.
Highly organized, with the ability to quickly and accurately coordinate and organize data sources while maintaining proper attribution.
Ability to initiate and maintain cooperative relationships with co-workers, managers and supervisors, customers/clients, and members of the public.
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of staff
Take direction, accept constructive criticism and to be diplomatic when reviewing work of others.
