Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Manager located in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area. The Call Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing customer satisfaction, managing the contact center operations, utilizing analytical skills for performance improvements, leading and developing the team, and maintaining effective communication strategies.

Compensation:

Base Salary 50-70k
