Jr. Admin Employment Opportunity

Ability to efficiently perform a variety of administrative duties in a fast-paced work environment. This position can be full or part time, Monday-Friday, and if part time, hours are flexible. It is perfect for a recent high school graduate looking to get in the door to a growing company or a back to work mom/dad in need of a flexible schedule.   • Printing
  • Filing & sorting paperwork
  • Shipping of small packages (Fed-Ex online)
  • Scanning
  • Back up to answering multi-line phone system
  • Short distance Courier (walking distance)
  • Weekly local errands (must have vehicle, current license, registration & insurance)
  • Other admin tasks as assigned by management may include spreadsheet tracking, travel & hotel arrangements, etc.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • High School Graduate
  • Proficient if Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to Multi-task
  • Ability to self-perform
  • Good time management a MUST
  • Professional appearance and conduct exhibited at all times.
  • Proficiency in business-related verbal, written and interpersonal skills
