The Loss Prevention Coordinator is responsible for coordinating multiple aspects with respect to day-to-day loss prevention activities.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
Alarm Systems
Track progress for all new store installations & service follow up
Place work orders as requested for store issues.
Track work order numbers and research as needed
Utilize vendors' web interfaces to monitor and update alarm accounts & user access rights
Maintain reporting system for service calls and types of issues.
Assign new stores to proper systems, users and databases for site management and attribute record keeping
Activate and deactivate LP team member alarm system admin codes
Track installation of new store equipment & service follow up
Place work orders as requested for existing store issues
Track work order numbers and research as needed
Maintain reporting system for service calls and types of issues
Support detacher exchange process for applicable vendors
POs & Invoices
Generate and maintain current supplier information and accurate POs for LP Dept
Drive vendor compliance for align with DSG PO and invoice processes
Track invoices subject to vendor reimbursement, insurance claims or other reimbursement and validate offsetting credits to LP
Store Openings, Closings & Remodels
Develop and update new store project tracker(s) and SharePoint content
Send out new store information and planning docs to DLPMs to align with project timelines
Assist in new store system validation and training coordination
Review and approve all LPTV, alarm and key/core plans for new stores
Track LP assets subject to removal and recovery and manage system shut down and maintenance agreement terminations for closing/relocating locations
Assist in training new Loss Prevention Associates on LP Operations processes
Assist in the collecting and reporting of LP data & statistics on standard intervals and as needed
Develop programs to meet business needs and add process efficiency as required
Support Ariba (P2P) application content and order management as it relates to LP vendors & supplies
Oversight for event related guard service scheduling and follow up
Any other assigned duties

Education Requirement
Associate’s Degree
College degree or related experience preferred

Experience Requirement
1 Year
Some experience with LP procedures, alarm systems or camera systems a plus

Technological Requirements
