You’ve got what it takes to lead PRA’s PR & Comms efforts, ensuring that they we accurately and positively representing PRA to the public. You are comfortable serving as the key spokesperson and media contact for PRA. You can easily interact with everyone from the newest entry-level employee to the CEO, telling the story of PRA in an engaging way to the market, our customers, job candidates and our 16,000+ employees located across the globe. What will you be doing?
Long story short, you oversee all PR and Communications for the company. You develop the plans and along with a team of experts – execute them both internally and externally. The longer, more formal list looks like this:
Corporate communications and press releases: Work with company leadership on external press releases for significant announcements, including: mergers/acquisitions, financial reporting and other significant events.
Plan, adjust and manage PRA’s corporate communication plan in conjunction with company leadership and Global Marketing.
Work with Global Marketing and PRA Business Units to develop and execute communication plans around significant events/announcements.
Drive engagement in our social media channels by developing our community platforms, setting a commuincation plan and evaluating performance.
Manage editorial calendar, content and execution for - in addition to the social channels - PRA’s corporate blog, Wavelength (prahs.com/blog/), and news channels.
Editorial submissions: Identify, seek out and execute opportunities to highlight PRA experts in publications that position PRA as thought leaders in our space. Manage media relations and maximize media opportunities.
PRA Intranet: Manage the content and presentation of PRA’s global intranet, serving 16,000+ employees.
Executive Crisis Management Team: Serve as the communication lead on this team.
Internal Announcements: Work with company leadership on planning and executing significant announcements.
Continually evaluate new and better methods to improve internal and external communications.
Help drive our PRA Cares and corporate sustainability efforts

What do you need to have?
Undergraduate degree or its international equivalent in communications, public relations, business, journalism, or a similarly related degree; or equivalent work experience required
10+ years’ experience as a public relations and communications leader.
Understanding and experience in leveraging social media channels
Proven track record in managing and measuring communication effectiveness.
Works effectively in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Excellent writing skills—both technical and creative/promotional proficiency
Strong people-management skills
