Busy Real Estate office looking for an experienced, personable and motivated Executive Assistant/Office Manager

Duties/Responsibilities include:

-Operating a multi-line phone system

-Managing inventory

-Maintaining all social media accounts including posting and creating content

-Marketing/branding

-Assisting broker with daily calendar, appointments, meetings and general organization

-Assisting agents with open house preparation, marketing tools, etc.

-Maintaining real estate database

-General upkeep and organization of office

Executive assistant/office manager will be punctual and have reliable means of transportation. This role is best suited for someone with interest in the real estate field. -Real estate experience preferred

-At least 2 years experience as Executive Assistant/Office Manager

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Salary DOE + Bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $35,000.00 to $45,000.00 /year
