Type of Position: Full-time position

Work Time: Monday thru Friday - 8 am to 5 pm

Location: Kissimmee, FL 34741

Job Duties:
Process product orders collected from the telephone conversations with both clients and outside sales team.
Communicated via phone and e-mail with clients, outside sales team and vendors to complete order fulfillment process.
Gain basic product knowledge to properly assist clients with product SKU and Model number selection that is better suited for their needs.
Follow up with customers regarding past orders and future order needs.
Make outbound calls to clients to collect data that would allow for better marketing practices for both existing and new product lines.

Excellent English speaking, reading and writing skills
Ability to follow instructions
Bilingual is a plus

Quick learners and capable of being self-taught on new computer applications
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Previous knowledge of order management systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Etc. is a plus.
