The Sales Intern works closely with Mortgage Bankers and plays an important role in the mortgage process. They have the opportunity to build interpersonal sales skills while speaking to clients and are also given full freedom to search out and implement process improvement ideas.


Attend meetings, huddles and training sessions to learn alongside the team

Improve pipeline efficiency by speaking with clients

Identify areas for improvement and help create solutions for the business

Conduct research as needed

Help manage projects and track progress


Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Strong organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to speak to a wide range of people

Strong time management and project management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Self-motivation and a competitive spirit
