As the Cost Accountant for REV Recreation Group, you will support our Renegade brand at our Bristol, Indiana facility.


The Cost Accountant for Renegade will perform various functions related to maintaining the integrity of product cost and inventory valuation.

Audit actual production use of materials and compare to standard bill of materials.
Collect data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, inventory and labor.
Analyzing data collected and recording results.
Analyzing changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods or services to determine effects on cost.
Analyzing actual manufacturing costs and preparing periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products.
Key contributor in physical inventories.
Work closely with the accounting team on month-end close and required reporting.
Special projects and needed.
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
2 years of Cost Accounting in a manufacturing environment.
Experience working with engineering and manufacturing personnel on development and analysis of cost standards.
Ability to accurately prepare dashboards, daily/weekly/monthly reports.
General understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work with all levels of the organization.
Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
Work independently with little to no oversight.
High level of Proficiency MS Excel and MS Word.
