Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telemarketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential customers through outbound/inbound calls, promoting our products and services, and generating leads. Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers using warm calling techniques.
- Cold call people using a given phone directory to sell products or services.
- Present and promote products or services effectively over the phone.
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
- Utilize CRM software tools to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving outreach efforts.
- Stay informed about market trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Requirements
- Proven experience in telemarketing or a similar sales role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to handle outbound/inbound calling with confidence and professionalism.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Technical sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection
