Job Purpose

Responsible for providing analysis and support in the Governance, Process, and Quality of the College’s master data. Provides professional assistance in the design, implementation, and evaluation of a strong control environment around The College’s master data assets.

Job Duties

Monitors data quality and identifies opportunities for data cleansing and enhancement.
Assists in governing the design and execution of efficient daily master data processes.
Supports the strategy needed to centralize FI, CO, AR and AP master data.
Enforces all applicable controls related to master data processes and master data standards.
Supports the strategy framework for organization structure, new processes, and system design changes, as needed.
Participates on the finance data governance team, which will be responsible for establishing data policy, controls, business rules, data processes, and prioritizing data cleansing & enrichment projects.
Collaborates with IT to develop solutions for optimized delivery of daily master data requests.
Prepares reports to distribute to stakeholders and master data governance team.
Assists departments in developing a data conversion strategy for the SAP reimplementation project.
Assists in building and maintaining training documentation for departmental use.

Minimum Qualifications

Required: Bachelor's degree.
Required: Two years of relevant experience.
