We are looking for a long-term *EXPERIENCED SOLAR SALES REPRESENTATIVE/COMPANY* to join a rapidly growing sales team and relaunch our Charlotte, NC office. We are looking for closers and leaders in the industry who want to focus on earning large commissions!
Solar Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Design all solar systems using Aurora software
- Travel NC and SC to give solar sales presentations for both self-generated and company appointments
- Learn CRM and phone software for both mobile and computer - Document, email and update CRM for every appointment, customer, and lead
- Routinely execute all planned follow ups via calls, texts, and emails with all your leads
- Attend weekly sales meeting and trainings in order to maximize number of deals
- Customer Service - Handle customer concerns or redirect to appropriate party
- Post install: call, text, email customers for reviews and referrals
- Build and manage your future sales team as sales volume grows
- Work from home and travel position
Solar Sales Representative Requirements:
- 2+ years of solar sales experience
- 50+ closed solar deals
- Own a car and willing to travel 6 days per week in NC and SC
- Technical ability to be able to design solar systems using Aurora
- Highly motivated and organized self-starter, able to work independently with the ability to quickly resolve key sales issues
- High proficiency with computer and smartphone including Email, Google, Microsoft Suite, DropBox, and CRM tools
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills

Solar Sales Representative Compensation:
- Estimated $80,000-$250,000+/year based on performance
- 100% commission, highest in the industry (we will beat your current company guaranteed!)
- We keep our base as low as possible to enable our sales reps to sell more and remain competitive especially in this higher interest rate environment
- We routinely lower our base and increase our commissions to sales reps (We know what it’s like to be a sales rep working for a solar company). We pass the savings on to you when we get better pricing from our equipment suppliers
