Job Description
Role
The Sr Analyst Network Design, Logistics - Transformation is a very exciting opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual to be a part of the journey and help influence Kraft Heinz in its transformation goals. The individual will work on a team to design best-in-class end-to-end supply chain strategies utilizing state of the art optimization tools for Kraft Heinz North America. This highly motivated individual will support and drive strategic decision-making by providing analysis and insights to the leadership team and identify critical projects to improve network performance and costs. This is a key role in driving supply chain business results. The individual will identify and act on inefficiencies and in building cross functional relationships with teams across the operations functions.
Primary Responsibilities
Support the design, execution and validation of Optimization Software (Llamasoft Supply Chain and Data Guru models) to deliver a pipeline of projects for the North American Operations team
Work on a high visibility cross functional team, interacting on regular basis with various operations teams (Manufacturing, Transportation, Warehousing, Finance, Supply & Demand Planning as well as Business Development)
Support weekly and monthly project status updates and strategic sessions with Leadership
Serve as Center of Excellence for data sources, network knowledge and various associated tools
Ability to identify data requirements, necessary supporting analyses and formulate strategies and solutions that yield value for project success
Searching for and integrating new data (both internal and external) that improves visibility (and ultimately decisions)
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree + 2 years of experience or Master’s Degree + 1 years of experience
Degree in Industrial Engineering / Operations Research / Supply Chain Management/ Business preferred
Full-time experience in the field of planning/manufacturing / network optimization / transportation or warehousing
Strong analytics & visualization experience with tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, SQL Server
Highly motivated, self-starter that is well organized and needs minimal supervision
Ability to learn quickly and apply technical skills in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities
Additional Preferred Skills
Familiarity / Modelling experience with Llamasoft Supply Chain Guru & Data Guru
Python / R & VBA experience
Regression analysis, advanced analytics and forecasting experience
