Job Description:
We are hiring a Fire Alarm Project Manager who will be able to perform and estimate business development as well as ensure management expectation for commercial/industrial electrical contractors. As a Fire Alarm Project Manager, you will be familiar with the following systems; access control, fire-alarm, security surveillance, and motion sensors.

Responsibilities:
Prepare thorough project layouts

Read and comprehend blueprints, project instructions, and company forms.

Install, terminate, test, label and document horizontal, backbone and other cables.

Formulate project reports including work progress, scheduling and cost

Dress and route cable into closets and control rooms.

Fire-stop various types of cable penetrations.

Organize and manage tasks as well as team members to achieve project delivery on time

Monitor and control project advancement through guideline protocol

Work with both public and private clients

Work with supplying companies to guarantee appropriate tools are being provided

Work with contract administrators to manage financial aspects and progress of project

Study and review worksites as well as subcontracts

Able to report and record analytics, paperwork, and tracking of project

Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in architecture or construction science, preferred

Must have 5+ years of related commercial fire-alarm instillation and project management experience

Prior experience as a fire alarm foreman is a plus
