Your Opportunity
Fleet Landing currently looking for a
Medication Technician (Med Tech) for 3 P.M.-11 P.M. Monday-Friday The primary responsibility of our Med Techs is to assist with medication administration for each resident as well as assisting in meeting the physical, emotional, and medical needs of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with medication administration for each resident according to their Medication Administration Record (eMAR).
- Document clearly and accurately on the Medication Administration Record (eMAR) after a medication is taken/given, refused, held, discontinued, changed, disposed of, or returned.
- Assist residents in meeting their physical, emotional, spiritual and medical needs to achieve and maintain their highest level of wellness.
- Order prescribed medications, supplies, ensuring and adequate supply of medications at all times
- Protect the residents' safety with medications.
- Observe the resident for any adverse reaction to a medication and report it to your nurse or supervisor immediately.
- Ensure narcotic records are accurate and inform manager and/or DON of any discrepancies.
Qualifications:
Minimum Education Required:
High school diploma or equivalent. Must have a current Medication Technician certification. Possess a valid current CPR certification.
Experience:
Minimum of 6 months, preferred.
