Receptionist - Admin Assistant

We are seeking a receptionist/admin for our front office. This is an entry level position with potential for growth. Your schedule would be Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. Our office is located in the Phoenix/Tempe area, close to Sky Harbor airport.

Responsibilities would include:

  • Answer incoming calls and transfer to appropriate party
  • Greet incoming guests and clients
  • Assist with various clerical and office related tasks as assigned

Skills Needed:

  • Computer skills (email, word, excel and internet) and the ability to learn new programs as needed (There will be a test administered for computer skills)
  • Customer service skills
  • Friendly, helpful, TEAM PLAYER attitude

Compensation $15 - $17 DOE
