We are on the search for a Senior Creative Director to join one of the largest agencies in Baltimore, MD. The Senior Creative Director will collaborate with the Executive Creative Director and Senior Writer to produce high-quality advertising campaigns.

Senior Creative Director Responsibilities:
Developing original creative concepts that deliver on brand and on brief, from conception to delivery.
Ensures that ideas/designs are produced timely, on budget and with the degree of quality promised to the client.
Working collaboratively, effectively with all internal and external partners.
Presentation deck development.
Presenting your ideas clearly to internal teams and external clients.

Senior Creative Director Requirements:
Degree in Graphic Design, emphasis on advertising.
At least 20-years work related experience in advertising.
Will need to be able to work on-site for term of project, as well as travel for production if necessary.
Proficiency in newest version of Creative Suite (Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator).
Must have past experience concepting and creating TV/video spots from start to finish as well as print ad, collateral, direct mail, digital advertising and social media that all work together as a campaign.
Knowledge of healthcare insurance and Medicare would be a bonus.
Works effectively in an open office environment.
