Position: Clinic-BasedBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
We are seeking an outstanding clinician who can lead a Clinical Team of Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians to provide high-quality services to our amazing families in our clinic setting. Infinity ABA Therapy & Autism Services, LLC provides ABA therapy to children with Autism and developmental delays. We utilize only evidence-based practices and techniques consistent with the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to create positive social change for families affected by Autism, ADHD, or other behavioral and social challenges. Our goal is to reduce challenging behaviors that may hinder your child’s ability to achieve independence, form rewarding relationships, or be part of the community. We focus on creating and building the skills that are integral areas of development necessary to develop lifelong positive change for families and the Autism community.
Job Duties
- Create and develop a client’s Treatment Plan goals and objectives based on the client’s ABLLS, VB-MAPP, or AFLLS assessment.
- Conduct functional behavior analyses of problem behaviors to develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Conduct and provide clinical supervision and oversight to behavior technicians, including monitoring the implementation of programming and behavior plans.
- Perform on-site home supervision, telehealth supervision, consultative supervision, and monthly team meeting.
- Oversee the collection of behavioral and program data during sessions and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of the Treatment Plan in achieving identified goals and objectives.·
- Conduct monthly parent meetings to review treatment summaries and provide focused 1:1 hands-on training on behavioral strategies and principles.
- Identify local resources and family training needs.
- Develop and submit authorizations, monthly summaries, and discharge reports.
- Collaborate with other service providers and academic teams to ensure continuity of care.
Availability/Location:
- Monday to Friday; Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
- Location of Services: 100% onsite in Fairfax, VA - flexible hours between 9 am - 4:30 pm
Minimum Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Licensed in Virginia (or eligible upon hire)
- Minimum 1 year experience as a BCBA
- Compassionate, positive energy, and friendly demeanor
- Excellent critical thinking skills and goal-oriented approach to all situations
- Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly Rate: BCBA starting at $50.00- 60.00/hr commensurate with experience
