Customer Service Representative/Office Administrator
Louis Auto Glass is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative/Office Administrator with the opportunity to move to management. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person, providing prompt and courteous service.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring a positive resolution and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Quoting and Sales Support:
- Provide accurate quotes for auto glass repair and replacement services, ensuring customers understand their options and costs.
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate services based on their needs and vehicle requirements.
- Scheduling and Coordination:
- Schedule appointments for auto glass services, coordinating with technicians to ensure timely service delivery.
- Manage the daily schedule, ensuring efficiency and minimizing wait times for customers.
- Order Processing:
- Process work orders accurately and ensure all necessary details are included for the technician’s reference.
- Update and maintain customer records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available.
- Payment and Follow-Up:
- Handle payment processing, including insurance claims and out-of-pocket payments.
- Conduct follow-up calls or emails with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any post-service issues.
- Product Knowledge:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s services and products, including different types of auto glass and repair techniques.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements to better assist customers and answer their questions.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Ensure that the front office is organized, clean, and welcoming for all visitors.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with technicians and other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
- Communicate effectively with the team to resolve any issues that may arise during the service process.
- Problem Solving:
- Quickly and effectively address any issues or concerns that arise, using strong problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to management when necessary.
