AT&T TV Account Representative

Full-time | Part-time | Commission

Our growing company is seeking a Sales Representative to position and sell the products and services of Smart Homes’ partnership with AT&T and DirectTV now called AT&T TV.

This position involves contacting 20-25 customers a day to identify ways to help them with their Internet and Television accounts. We give our Account Representatives the most aggressive customer promotions to sign up new accounts. This position involves working outdoors and contacting customers at their residences or places of business.

The ideal representative will be diligent in their duties and carry out their responsibilities in a mostly self-managed environment. Successful Account Representatives will spend 1-2 hours each day following up with existing customers or prospects on the phone, and 4-5 hours daily contacting potential new customers.

Services offered to customers included, Direct TV, U-verse TV, Fiber Optic Internet Services with Speeds up to 1000mbps, Home Phone and Cell Phones.
