Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Cashier/Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately and efficiently, and assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:

Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.

Ring up purchases accurately and efficiently using our POS system.

Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment securely.

Assist customers in finding products and making recommendations based on their needs.

Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.

Answer customer questions and address any concerns they may have.

Promote current sales, promotions, and events to customers.

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.

Assist with restocking shelves and maintaining store cleanliness as needed.

Requirements:

Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.

Education/Training:
High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience:

Physical Demands:
This role involves standing, walking, lifting (up to 25 lbs), and occasional climbing.
