If this sounds like you, we are looking for a Sr. Financial Solutions Representative to join our Seattle market to help build our book of business and create strong relationships in a new market. In this role you will split your time equally between scheduling appointments with our members, proactively seeking out new business and attending membership development events.
Here's what you can expect from the job and what you need to be successful:
Build relationships with new and existing members via outbound activities and relationship development activities
Attend/Organize networking events that drive growth within new and existing members
Schedule and execute member appointments to better understand needs.
Incorporate oneself within the community as a known expert and brand.
Build robust plans for members to follow that includes the incorporation of First Tech products and services.
Provide the highest quality of service to all members; promptly address member concerns and/or escalate to leadership when appropriate
Minimum 3 years’ previous bank or credit union experience or relevant sales and relationship building experience
Experience building and managing a book of business
Excellent communication and listening skills
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding individual sales goals along with business goals and objectives
Self-motivated, driven and comfortable working with little supervision

Schedule: 40 Hours a week
